Hanging out in Chelsea looking for a phenomenal brunch spot? I’ve brunched many times in Manhattan and Tipsy Parson is high up on my list for number of times returned. What keeps me coming back? The unique house cocktails, cozy atmosphere, and the desire to annihilate their delectable biscuit bomb. I’m all about that gigantic heap of meat packed cheesy goodness! To top it all off, you get a pretty good bang for your buck (most adorable brunch places like this will try and take you for all you’re worth!). The helpings are large and the drinks are strong – the perfect morning after cure for any night out!
