As many of you know I’m pretty into fitness and the music I listen to plays a huge part in how well I perform at the gym. Over the years I’ve found the music that works best for my performance and it’s EDM. Electro House, Progressive House, Trap, Deep House; anything with an upbeat tempo, catchy lyrics, and some really stellar drops. I catered this week’s playlist for an energized gym session. I just tested it out and I have to say I freaking slaaaayed. (Although, I was working out as the gym was closing so I was under some pretty intense pressure not to take much rest time) But the music was definitely a strong influence. The list features some of my favorite artists to work out to: ETC! ETC!, Jack U, Diplo, Yellow Claw, Party Favor, and many more.
